How to sell an AI team on BotShelf Vampire
After you register as a seller, you unlock 100 ready-to-use AI teams free.
You built an AI team. If others can run the same job: rent it out. You set a monthly USDT TRC20 price (From $15/mo — floor only, you may set higher). Of what the buyer pays, 80% is yours / 20% is the shop. If they stop paying, access ends and the AI team stops. No card. Only list teams you already ran.
Listing price rules (server-enforced)
- Free listings: 0 USDT. Buyer verifies email, no checkout, no seller payout.
- Paid listings: From $15/mo (15 USDT / month minimum). You choose any monthly price at or above 15 — not a fixed 15 fee. No app upper cap.
- Illegal band: 1–14.99 USDT is rejected by the server (front-end min=15 is not enough by itself).
- Split: Of confirmed buyer USDT on third-party marketplace sales, 80% seller / 20% shop.

月額チームを買うのは別導線: 有料月額。このページは出品用。
Today’s first listing: Register → Open Sell → set a monthly USDT price (from 15) → Send to sell. Of what the buyer pays, 80% you / 20% shop. Dashboard comes after you are on the list — not step one.
今日の初回出品: Register → Open Sell → 月額USDT(15以上)→ 出品を送る。買い手支払いの 出品者80% / 店20%。ダッシュボードはリスト入り後 — 最初の一歩ではない。
Seller dashboard
Required before you start
1. Seller email registration is mandatory. Use Register as a seller (or both).
2. Seller USDT TRC20 payout address is mandatory before a listing can be submitted or go live. Address only — BSV never asks for a private key or seed phrase. Network is locked to TRC20 USDT payouts.
Paid price floor: From $15/mo (15 USDT). Not a fixed fee — sellers choose any monthly amount at or above 15. No upper cap in the app. Free listings stay 0.
You can publish free content or sell paid content. Free listings: buyers register with email, no USDT, no seller payout. Paid listings: 80% you / 20% shop of a confirmed eligible sale; payout within 7 business days (Monday–Friday UTC, excluding configured holidays).

1. What can I list?
Grok Bot / Claude Code / ChatGPT teams, Ollama / LM Studio / Open WebUI / n8n / CrewAI / LangGraph / MCP / Cross-AI foundations, other genuine AI-team building blocks. Do not submit material you do not have the right to distribute. No scraped proprietary packs. No fake proof.
2. Choose product type
Server-executed: protected core stays on the server. Buyers use it while access is active.
Downloadable source: the buyer receives files. Once delivered, BSV cannot make them un-copyable.
Hybrid: some material is downloaded; some protected functionality stays hosted.
3. Prepare the listing
Clear name, one-sentence purpose, job, supported AI/runtime, prerequisites, what the buyer gets / does not get, instructions, product type, price if paid, limitations, evidence, files you have rights to.
4. Submit
Sign in as seller → Add content on the dashboard (or the Sell form). Choose Free or Paid. Preview. Submit. Status: Submit → Review → Accepted / Changes requested / Rejected. When Desk publishes it, the listing appears on the Marketplace live grid without anyone hand-editing HTML. The old Sell form still lands in Desk inbox too. Not auto-publish of unreviewed files. Seller payouts stay Desk/manual.
5. Review
BSV checks completeness, broken files, misleading claims, rights red flags, required evidence, basic usability. BSV does not guarantee AI output.
6. Price + revenue share
Example: sale price 100 USDT → seller 80 USDT / BSV 20 USDT. Exact split uses integer micro-USDT so 80% + 20% always equals the gross. You receive 80% of a confirmed eligible sale amount. Free listings create no payout record.
7. Payout wallet
Supply a TRC20-compatible USDT address. Verify it carefully. Never provide a private key or seed. Wallet changes need confirmation. A payout already processing continues to the previously snapshotted address.
8. When do I get paid?
Eligible seller payouts are sent within 7 business days after the sale is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding BSV’s configured payout holidays (the list may be empty). EXAMPLE only: confirmed Friday → due the 7th following weekday (often the next Tuesday week). See the exact due date on the dashboard. Payouts are manual — not automatic on-chain sends.
9. Payout status
| Status | Meaning |
| NOT DUE | Sale confirmed, payout date has not arrived. |
| DUE | Eligible for operator payout. |
| ON HOLD | A documented issue needs resolution. |
| PROCESSING | Payout is being handled. |
| PAID | Payout sent; txid shown. |
| FAILED | Payout attempt failed; operator action needed. |
| OVERDUE | Due date passed without payment and without a legitimate hold. |
10. Why can a payout be held?
Payment still under review; dispute/refund pending; fraud concern; invalid payout wallet; product unavailable/broken; seller review required. BSV should not silently delay an eligible payout. A hold must have a recorded reason.
11. After a sale
Buyer payment confirmed → buyer access created → sale appears in your sales list → 80/20 calculated → due date calculated → payout sent within the rule if eligible → payout txid recorded. Status mail from support@botshelfvampire.com when sending is on.
12. Update / remove
Material updates may need review. Changing price does not rewrite old orders. Removing from new sales does not erase existing buyer rights.
13. Disputes / broken product
Listing must match delivery. Prerequisites must be disclosed. A dispute may place payout on hold. BSV does not guarantee model output; listing/delivery claims must be truthful.
14. Seller safety checklist
Rights, clear title, accurate runtime, disclosed prerequisites, correct product type, honest limitations, truthful evidence, payout wallet yours, 80/20 understood, 7-business-day rule understood. Never send: private key, seed phrase, exchange password, AI account password.
Optional public X / public contact email are off by default and never equal your login email unless you opt in separately.

Register first, then open Sell. List a ready-to-use Marketplace team you built — the form goes to the inbox and does not auto-publish. Library recipes are free building blocks, not the paid listing surface. Payment fact: USDT TRC20 only; on marketplace sales 80% seller / 20% shop.

To sell, you need
Before you hit Send to sell
- Register with role seller (or both) — unlocks free ready-to-use teams; puts you on the seller list.
- Only list a team you already ran end-to-end. Buyer fills blanks; a human Yes before send / pay / delete.
- Name a monthly USDT TRC20 price (minimum 15 USDT / From $15/mo). 80% you / 20% shop on marketplace sales. Form stays in the inbox — no auto-publish, no invented sales.

Display name + email. Email stays private in the Netlify form inbox. It is never printed on the page. Role: seller or both.

Only sell AI teams you have already used. Always confirm before important actions. Add your own details.

3
Open Sell — the form
The form is on. Sending the form puts it in the shop inbox. It does not auto-publish an AI team to the public shelf. Registering puts you on the seller list.
↓
4
Public paid shelf stays gated until the checks
The form is on. An AI team goes on the public shelf after it is tested and ready. You name the monthly USDT amount. Buyers pay that amount in USDT TRC20 — you do not pay to list. Card is not available. Free teams stay free. Do not invent sales.
Paid path — monthly USDT TRC20, card not
5
The AI team is public on the matching AI tab
Grok Bot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT. Buyers open it from that tab or a category page. A team cannot show a seller without a public display name.
↓
6
Buyer pays monthly USDT TRC20 (card not live)
The buyer sends the monthly USDT on TRON / TRC20, then emails the txid. Sending a txid is notice only. Pay is not confirmed by itself. Card / Stripe is not live. If they stop paying, access ends.
↓
7
Buyer gets a key and a short AI team
Not the full job in a public paste. The buyer pastes a short AI team that fetches the live job with the key on every run. The full job stays on BotShelf Vampire.

Monthly fee
You set a monthly USDT price (From $15/mo floor). Of the USDT the buyer pays, 80% you / 20% BotShelf Vampire fee. If they stop paying, the key expires and the AI team stops. Card is not charged. No invented sales.
Seller commercial FAQ
Honest answers for listing and money. No invented sales. Third-party seller payout is not automated yet — commercial split is clear; Desk ops are manual when a third-party paid listing actually sells.
- What to submit
- On Sell: display name, private email, AI team name, Marketplace AI tab (Grok Bot / Claude Code / ChatGPT), how you tested it, details the buyer adds, description, monthly USDT TRC20 price, and the know-listing checkbox. Only list a team you already ran. Library recipes are not the paid listing surface.
- Accept / reject / edit
- Send to sell lands in the shop inbox only — it does not auto-publish. Desk reviews by hand. Accept → public shelf when the team is tested and ready. Reject or need-edit → Desk emails the private address you gave (no self-serve seller portal). Fix and resubmit via Sell, or reply to Desk.
- Seller keep % / shop %
- On third-party marketplace sales, after verified USDT arrives: seller keep 80% / shop 20%. First paid SKUs live today (Switchboard, Gold Session Desk) are shop-run — those are not third-party 80% payouts.
- When paid
- Not automatic. After a third-party listing is public and Desk verifies the buyer’s USDT TRC20 payment, Desk pays the seller share by hand. No published SLA clock. Third-party payout ops are not live yet — until they are, do not expect a dashboard or instant split.
- How you get paid
- Manual Desk transfer of USDT TRC20 to a wallet Desk collects by email when a verified third-party sale exists. No auto-split, no withdraw button, no card payout.
- Minimum payout
- No published minimum yet. Before the first third-party payout, Desk will state any minimum in writing to that seller. Do not invent a threshold from this page.
- Network / token
- Buyers pay USDT on TRON (TRC20) to the shop wallet. Seller payout (when ops exist): USDT TRC20 to the seller wallet. Other chains or tokens are not accepted.
- Who pays fees
- Shop fee = 20% of verified buyer USDT. Chain fee for buyer→shop is the buyer’s. Chain fee for Desk→seller comes out of the seller’s 80% share unless Desk says otherwise in writing before that payout.
- Disputes
- BotShelf Vampire does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Buyer and seller handle matters directly. No shop refund promise for marketplace listings.
- If the product breaks
- Keeping the team runnable is on the seller. The shop does not guarantee buyer results. If a listing is unsafe or clearly broken, Desk may pull it from the public shelf.
- Update a product
- No seller self-serve edit UI. Use the contact form (or resubmit Sell noting it is an update). Desk applies edits by hand.
- Previous buyers after an update
- Active keyed monthly rentals keep using the live job the shop hosts until the month ends or they stop paying. Material breaking changes are handled case-by-case by Desk — no automatic fan-out promise to past buyers.
- Withdraw / delete a listing
- Ask Desk via the contact form to delist. No self-serve delete. New sales stop when Desk pulls the listing; existing keys expire at period end unless Desk and seller agree otherwise in writing.
- Taxes (high-level)
- You are responsible for tax reporting in your own jurisdiction. The shop does not give tax advice and does not withhold tax for sellers.
- What BotShelf Vampire verifies vs not
- Checks before a public paid shelf: form completeness, evidence it ran, human Yes / stop-conditions, buyer blanks, named monthly USDT price, no invented sales metrics on the card. Does not verify: buyer business outcomes, fitness for every use, your tax status, continuous uptime of your external tools, or that a third-party payout already ran (payout ops not live yet).
Internal Desk stub (not a buyer promise): seller payout runbook stub lives with ops docs — site copy stays honest that automation is off.
Stop-conditions are the product
Always confirm before important actions. That ask is in the team, not from the shop.
