The source ZIP contains original code, its license and attribution, BSV notes, and provenance. A private working copy in Pine Editor does not make you its original author. Do not publish another author’s work as your own.
ZIPには原本・ライセンス・作者表示・BSV解説・出典記録を同梱しています。Pineエディタの作業コピーを作っても、原著作者が自分になるわけではありません。他人の作品を自作として公開しないでください。
The .ps files in the James Bachini collection contain Pine Script. They are not PowerShell commands. Inspect them as text, then paste their contents into Pine Editor.

Download the source-and-license ZIP and extract it. Keep LICENSE.txt with the source when you share a copy.

Open a TradingView chart, open Pine Editor, and create a blank script. Paste the chosen Pine source, preserving its version line. The .ps files in this collection are Pine Script examples, not PowerShell programs.
TradingViewのチャートでPineエディタを開き、空のスクリプトへ貼り付けます。先頭のバージョン指定を残します。このライブラリの.psはPine Scriptで、PowerShell用ではありません。
Save and use Add to chart. For Pine v3/v4 code, try the original version first; use TradingView’s official migration tools sequentially if conversion is necessary. Compilation has not been performed by BSV.
保存してチャートに追加します。Pine v3/v4はまず原版のまま確認し、変換が必要なら公式の移行機能で段階的に移行します。BSVではコンパイルを実施していません。
Open Inputs and Style. Reproduce a small historical example, then use replay and an isolated paper workflow to observe how the current bar changes. A plotted indicator does not automatically place orders.
入力とスタイルを設定し、小さな過去例を再現します。リプレイと隔離したペーパー環境で未確定バーの変化を観察します。インジケーターの表示だけで自動発注されるわけではありません。
Respect the original version
元のバージョンを保持します
A version annotation is part of the source, not a compatibility badge added by BSV. Older v3/v4 examples are clearly marked as legacy. Converting the annotation alone is not a migration.
バージョン指定はソースの一部で、BSVが互換性を保証する表示ではありません。v3/v4は旧版として明記します。数字の書き換えだけで移行できるわけではありません。
After any conversion, compare plots, alert timing and strategy trade lists against the original on the same feed and timeframe. Keep a dated change note and the original notices. Conversion has not been performed or certified here.
変換後は同じ配信元・時間足で、線・アラート時刻・取引一覧を原版と比較します。変更日と内容、原作者表示を保持します。このライブラリでは変換や互換性の認証は行っていません。
Public reposting has additional rules
公開再投稿には追加のルールがあります
TradingView’s script-publication and reuse rules apply when you publish there, independently of the source license. A BSV download is not a blanket permission to rebrand, resell access or republish it in any format.
TradingViewへ公開する場合は、ソースのライセンスとは別に公開・再利用ルールが適用されます。BSVから取得したことは、あらゆる形式での自作化・アクセス権販売・再投稿の包括許可ではありません。
